Pelham Transmission Repair

Long story short: We were out for over a week due to a faulty transmission(do NOT buy Nissan). He actually came up to his own shop on the weekend so we could pick up the vehicle due to the dealer dragging their feet on programming the new one. Extremely impressed.

Wow the best experience l ever had with a repair shop mr. transmission went above and beyond all of my expectations the service was excellent the time frame was even better I'm a truck driver and needed to get back on the road they had a new transmission installed in my truck in less than 24 hours unbelievable but it's true if you ever have a problem that needs to be fixed right away mr. This place is awesome! Great service and they saved us a ton of money. We took our car to the dealer when we had an issue. It was there 5 minutes and they told us we needed a new engine ($7500)! Cant be fixed! We took it to Mr. Transmission for a second opinion and they got us back on the road good as new for $1400! Wow! Thanks guys!

Professional and Personal Service My transmission went out two hours away from my destination on a late Monday afternoon. Even though Mr. Transmission Pelham was due to close at 5:30 that day, they received my vehicle that was towed to them around 6:30pm. Even though their primary mechanic had departed for the day, members of the staff stayed with me while engaging in conversation almost until the time my wife was able to pick me up, which was around 9:30pm. The next day, I was informed that a diagnostic test of my transmission was needed to determine what the problem was and on Wednesday I was informed what repairs were needed and the cost of repair. On Friday of that same week, I was informed that my transmission had been rebuilt and was ready for pickup. Because of my work schedule (I work and live in Madison, Alabama, I could not come and receive my vehicle on that Friday, but needed it before Monday of the following week. They arranged a time for me to pick up my vehicle on Saturday morning even though they are closed on weekends. I highly recommend that if you hav a transmission problem this is the place to take it. THANK YOU AGAIN MR. TRANSMISSION PELHAM. JOB WELL DONE!!!
