HONEST AND SIMPLY THE BEST. Had a sudden issue with my truck that left me stranded and truck would not respond to anything. Called around and explained the truck problem and many companies told me that it sounds like a “dealer only” fix. All I heard was its going to be very expensive! After asking around, was referred to Randall at Mr Transmission in Pelham … could not be happier!! Him and his crew took great care of me, did exactly what they told me they would do. When you have your truck towed, They could VERY easily take advantage of the situation and charge for things not needed and I would have never known. Instead they fixed the problem and made my HUGE issue go away ….. all for a great price. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH. Thank you for your quick service but most of all, your integrity.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They listen to what’s going on with your vehicle and go above and beyond to fix the problem. They found out what was wrong with my vehicle right then. And where I had been taking it to looked over the problem. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Mr. Transmission in Pelham shop. Excellent service.
