The guys at this shop were top notch. From picking up my truck, to rebuilding my transmission, to returning my truck, everything was perfect. This is the first time anyone has ever taken the time to actually take pictures and explain what is wrong and what they had to do to fix it. They were very detailed and professional in explaining it to me. The truck runs better than when it was new. Excellent work! I will be taking my vehicle there for any future repairs.

Mr Transmission is awesome!! I have been taking my two vehicles to them for several months. They take pride in their customers and the customers vehicles. They are honest and will not try to sell you something you don’t need. If they tell you that you need something for your vehicle, listen to them. They told me I needed something for my vehicle and I put it off till a later date. BAD MISTAKE!! If I would have done what they told me, I would not have ended up broken down a few days later. Take their word when they say you need something. See Randall or Randy. Them two are AWESOME!! A place to that is honest and has great prices. If you care about your vehicles, take them to the best doctor, Mr. Transmission!

GREAT service brought the truck in with transmission problems due to a previous transmission mechanics lack of work. These guys went above and beyond to get my vehicle back up and going. They sent me EMAILS with the pictures of all the things that were worn out or broken and a detailed description on what each part does.
